Use of Our Services
You agree to use our services only for lawful business purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others, interfere with service operation, compromise security, or misuse any data or systems accessed through our services.
You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, account, database, API, application or network connected to our services.
API and Integration Services
Where our services include APIs, integrations, connectors or automated processing, access may be subject to additional configuration, permissions, credentials, usage limits or client-specific agreements.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions to connect third-party systems, process data, and authorise integrations on behalf of your organisation.
Third-Party Platforms
Our services may connect with third-party platforms, including but not limited to Meta, Facebook, WhatsApp, Shopify, ERP systems, CRM systems, email platforms and payment providers.
Your use of those third-party platforms remains subject to their own terms, policies and conditions. RheSys is not responsible for changes, outages, restrictions, review decisions or policy enforcement by third-party platforms.
Meta Platform and User Data
Where our app or services connect to Meta products or APIs, we will only request and process data that is necessary for the intended service, integration or business function.
We will handle Meta platform data in accordance with applicable Meta terms, developer policies, privacy requirements and applicable data protection laws.
Users may request deletion of data processed by our app by following the instructions on our Data Deletion page: https://rhesys.co.uk/data-deletion.html.
Accounts, Access and Security
Where access credentials, API keys, tokens or login accounts are issued, you are responsible for keeping them secure and confidential.
You must notify us promptly if you become aware of unauthorised access, compromised credentials, or suspected misuse of our services.
Data Protection and Privacy
Our collection and use of personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy: https://rhesys.co.uk/privacy.html.
By using our services, you acknowledge that personal data may be processed as described in our Privacy Policy and any applicable client agreement.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for the accuracy, legality and quality of the data they provide or make available to our systems.
Clients are also responsible for ensuring that any required user consents, notices, permissions or lawful bases for processing are in place before data is supplied to or processed by our services.
Service Availability
We aim to provide reliable services, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or continuously available operation.
Services may be unavailable from time to time due to maintenance, technical faults, third-party outages, hosting issues, API changes or circumstances outside our control.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all software, code, designs, documents, processes, templates, integrations and materials created by RheSys remain the intellectual property of RheSys or its licensors.
Clients and users may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, distribute or misuse our software or materials without written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RheSys will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special losses, including loss of profit, loss of data, loss of business, system downtime, or third-party platform failures.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to our services if we believe there has been misuse, unlawful activity, non-payment, security risk, breach of these Terms, or breach of applicable third-party platform terms.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
